8. Influencers and third parties
Creators, advertising platforms, hosting providers, software vendors, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Growthdock will use a client’s name, logo, campaign, content, or results in a portfolio or case study only as permitted in the applicable agreement or with appropriate approval. Confidential information will not be intentionally published.
